When Willie T. Stokes (Billy Bob Thornton) and his partner Marcus (who played him?) set up their next Christmas day heist in this southwestern city, he ends up at the lavish home of a young bullied boy who thinks he's actually Santa. Throughout the crude comedy, the criminal actually helps the boy make some strides in standing up for himself.
