The Skinny: Among all the luxury condo units in the glassy residential towers that crowd the South Beach waterfront, this penthouse pretty much represents the highest of the high end—and with an asking price of $25M, it better. This 11,252-square-foot unit delivers pure, unadulterated Miami Beach chic with a roof-top pool, soaring 20-foot ceilings in the common areas, and dramatic ocean views. The three-story condo occupies the entire eastern side of the Sieger Suarez-designed Apogee South Beach, and its embarrassment of riches includes an interior design scheme by Yabu Pushleberg and appliances and finishes from Miele, Franke, and Dornbracht. Assuming price is not an issue, the only downside may be that the six-bedroom unit comes with just two air-conditioned parking spaces.
